There’s an organic spark that encourages you to have fun, socialize, and connect with other women—finding similarities in each other while appreciating the beauty in our differences." ​

When you are in your 30s, it’s so easy to stick to your normal routine and friends. Seeking connection with other like minded women is an intentional act. I appreciate Mama’s Bag for being a safe place for connection, sisterhood, and fun! I’ve enjoyed every outing and as a new mom finding my way again, it’s right on time!

Gathering with The Mama’s Bag has provided a safe, low stakes, inclusive third space that I have needed. As a child free person, I feel welcome every time we gather. I thoroughly enjoy connecting with mothers, aunties, godmothers, etc.. and always leave with a renewed spirit.​

I’m a naturally “shy” person who intentionally doesn’t go out much but attending The Mama’s Bag Summer Sip event was so much fun. It was easy to speak with the other ladies and it truly felt like a judgement free zone.

​I’m so grateful to Valaencia for intentionally creating and curating The Mama’s Bag, because she has cultivated an environment where women can just be! There was no pressure to have the perfect answer or present a polished version of ourselves. There was simply room to be honest, to listen, to express, and to connect. That sort of space is rare.

I left reminded that I am not alone and that the kind of community I’ve been longing for really does exist. ​If you’re looking for a space where vulnerability is welcomed, conversations have depth, and women genuinely pour into one another, I can’t recommend The Mama’s Bag enough!

I always enjoy showing up for myself not knowing who will be there but knowing everyone will just click. We all come from different backgrounds but all have something in common and that's a beautiful thing. I love the space V has created where we just show up as ourselves.

​I enjoyed the warmth of the women that attended, the relaxed environment, flow of conversation, the this or that game which had us all entertained, as well as the location and menu options. To get to come together and connect with women of all walks of life but realize how some paths had unknowingly already crossed was a blessing to be a part of.

This event provided a safe space to unwind, laugh, listen and share with other women who enjoy being apart of a community. This is our village!

I walked away feeling connected and like o found a space. As a busy mother It’s OKAY to stop and celebrate yourself. It’s OKAY to let other people genuinely celebrate you, too. Sometimes you don’t realize how much you needed that until you’re in the moment receiving it. I can’t thank Valaencia and all of these beautiful ladies enough. The love was REAL, the energy was REAL, and the fellowship was everything I didn’t know I needed.

What an amazing experience connecting with such beautiful souls. ✨ Every conversation, every connection, and every moment reminded me how powerful genuine energy and meaningful connections can be. So grateful for the beautiful people I’ve crossed paths with.

Amazing, easygoing vibes with absolutely no pressure! It’s such a great space to meet like-minded women—it honestly feels like kicking it with friends. The women who attend bring such good energy, and every event has its own unique atmosphere while still creating that same sense of connection and community. I always walk away with good memories, great conversations, and genuinely good times. I love attending not just for the connections, but because the events are truly enjoyable and always leave me looking forward to the next one. I can’t wait to put the next event on my calendar!

Absolutely loved the Mama’s bag experiences! The gatherings are well thought out and intentional. I love how the event offers moms a safe place to meet other like minded women. It’s beautiful when women come together in a positive setting to get to know one another, celebrate each other, and just simply connect.
